J+CG Constructions were engaged for the four storey residential building with 8 luxury style apartments fully self contained with modern fitouts and finishes and an underground basement for parking.

J+CG managed the early works with minimal disturbance to the surrounding neighbours. Early works also included demolition of existing dwelling.

J+CG provided material continuity within the urban context, bringing a sense of dynamism. J+CG provided best practice methodology and adopted a collaborative contracting attitude supported by the construction manager that allowed this project to be fast tracked and yet achieve new benchmark status.
