55 Perry St, Lilyfield

Completed in July 2017, this project consisted of the construction of a luxury modern duplex whilst maintaining the existing front façade to ensure in keeping to streetscape and council’s requirements. The 2 x 3 bedroom duplex comprised of stunning finishes, polished concrete floors and generated very appealing entertaining areas with limited space provided.

J + CG ensured that construction works had minimal disruptions and that works were delivered at Industry Best Practice levels for Quality and Safety Management.
